KordaMentha has developed its own proprietary electronic Data Room technology to allow for the secure release of electronic information to third parties.

Our Data Room facility has assisted KordaMentha personnel on a number of engagements allowing us to provide a greater level of service for our clients. We have achieved this by spending less time on administrative tasks, such as distributing documents to third parties, and by focussing more on our clients' needs.
