Our Business School aims to capture our team’s knowledge and ensure it is shared across the organisation. Whether it is via residential courses, breakfast briefings or online learning, we have developed some exceptional courses balancing theoretical and practical learning.

At KordaMentha, learning and professional development begins on day one. Both new graduates and experienced professionals are introduced to the firm via a relevant induction program.

We support professional qualifications and encourage all staff to undertake the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program and the IPAA Insolvency Education Program. Our graduates also complete the CPA Insolvency and Reconstruction Module during their first year.

Learning and development

Our Business School has developed training courses, seminars, presentations, podcasts and papers for the purpose of educating staff in insolvency, capital management, distressed company consulting, and a range of associated topics.
