On commencement at KordaMentha as a graduate, you will be classed as a Business Analyst. Your role as a Business Analyst will be varied and largely determined by the assignments you are allocated. However, you will be part of a team that will provide you with the guidance that you need at the commencement of your career.
The next stage of your career is as an Executive Analyst. In this role, you will gain more responsibility and continue to develop your analytical skills. This is an important development phase of your career, with great opportunities to gain broader experience and to rapidly increase your skills and demonstrate your potential to progress within KordaMentha.
Start to take control of day to day issues, and further develop your delegation and mentoring skills. In many instances you will work directly with Directors and Partners on various engagements.
As an Associate Director you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management on formal insolvency appointments, co-ordination of analysis in advisory assignments and play a key role in the sale of businesses and assets. It is at this stage you will demonstrate your ability to perform as a Director.
Directors work closely with Managers and Associate Directors to oversee client engagements. On formal appointments, a Director will develop strategies for the continued trading of the business, negotiate and communicate with key stakeholders and take responsibility for the sale of the business. On advisory assignments, you will be responsible for the engagement strategy and execution and have a key relationships role with the client.
Executive Director / Managing Director / Partner
Partners, Managing Directors and Executive Directors operate at the most senior level of our business. This entails responsibility for the execution of work, client service, people management, risk management and development of our practice. You will demonstrate commerciality, elite technical skills and strong project and risk management competence. Partners and Managing Directors have the additional responsibility of winning work.
