Learning & Development
At KordaMentha we have a learning and development strategy which embraces all staff.

Learning and professional support begins as soon as you commence at KordaMentha. As a graduate you will participate in our graduate induction program. As an experienced hire, you will participate in an induction program to introduce you to the Firm.

We support professional qualifications, encouraging all staff to undertake the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program and the IPAA Insolvency Education Program, once they have completed their CA qualifications. Graduates are also required to complete the CPA Insolvency and Reconstruction Module during the second half of their first year.

In addition to formal qualifications, KordaMentha offers many different avenues through which to develop professionally. On-the-job and structured training, combining both internal seminars and external training, is offered to all staff to assist in the acquisition of skills.

Training will be provided to staff at different levels to develop both technical and non-technical skills

We place an emphasis on shared learning and actively encourage our staff to share their experiences on engagements through internal seminars as well as by publishing papers through the KordaMentha Research Unit.
