Typically at KordaMentha, you will join our firm as a Business Analyst. However, as the Firm grows, there will be opportunities to recruit people with experience in a variety of fields. There is a clear career pathway at KordaMentha and your progress will be defined primarily by your performance. As the quality of people is very high, the expectation of people´s performance is high. Your performance will be assessed throughout your career and you will be provided with feedback on the skills and experience required to progress you to the next stage of your career.

 
Business Analyst
 
On commencement at KordaMentha as a graduate, you will be classed as a Business Analyst. Your role as a Business Analyst will be varied and largely determined by the assignments you are allocated. However, you will be part of a team that will provide you with the guidance that you need at the commencement of your career.

 
Executive Analyst
 
The next stage of your career is as an Executive Analyst. In this role, you will gain more responsibility and continue to develop your analytical skills. This is a key time in your career, with great opportunities to gain broader experience and to rapidly increase your skills and demonstrate your potential to progress within KordaMentha.

 
Manager
 
Start to take control of day to day issues, and further develop your delegation and mentoring skills. In many instances you will work directly with Directors and Partners on various engagements.

 
Associate Director
  
As an Associate Director you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management on formal insolvency appointments, co-ordination of analysis in advisory assignments and play a key role in the sale of businesses and assets. It is at this stage you will demonstrate your ability to perform as a Director.

 
Director
 
As a Director will be demonstrate management skills that have been developed throughout your career with KordaMentha. On formal appointments, a Director will develop the strategies for the continuing trading of the business, negotiate and communicate with key stakeholders and be responsible for the sale of the business. On advisory assignments, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and also have a key role in working with the client.

 
Partner / Managing Director
 
At KordaMentha, we currently have four Partners in the Corporate Recovery Services practice in Melbourne, three Partners in Sydney, five Partners in Brisbane, three Partners in Adelaide and two Partners in Perth. A key requirement to make Partner is strategic brilliance, coolness under pressure and strong relationships with your clients.
