|  | "When applying for graduate positions across a wide variety of disciplines I had little idea of where I would end up and in what capacity. I was fortunate enough to speak to a number of KordaMentha staff throughout my application process and their honesty and helpful advice made my decision to join the firm easy.
Having little business experience outside of university I was both curious as to what the KordaMentha workplace would offer and excited about the challenge of starting work. A highlight of mine was the graduate induction week enjoyed by all graduates from around Australia in our first week at the firm.
The induction week was a great opportunity to form friendships across state borders with other graduates at KordaMentha. Whilst we were put through some informative lectures and taught the basics of the job that lay ahead, we enjoyed a week living together in a hotel and sampling the nightlife that Melbourne offered.
Upon starting at KordaMentha I showed interest in the property field and after working on an appointment in the car industry I was quickly moved onto a large scale property development. This diversity and extensive exposure to various businesses makes KordaMentha an interesting and beneficial place to work."
