| Details | | Overview: | On 17 December 2007, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the assets and undertakings of the abovenamed company charged by the Debenture Trust Deed granted in favour of Perpetual Trust Limited.
At present we are working our way through the initial stages of the receivership administration with the directors and staff and will be able to report to you in due course.
We understand your concerns regarding your investment at this time. We are currently reviewing options to maximise recovery to investors, which include the inhouse collection of the loan book, or selling the loan book to a third party.
From an initial review the Company’s assets comprise a range of personal and commercial loans with a face value of $6.9m.
We understand that the Company ceased lending some 12 months ago and that the current loans have a maximum of four years until completion. From the Company’s records the personal loans appear to be supported by security and the Company has had a strong cashflow from them. Other loans have yet to be reviewed.
