| Details | | Overview | On 13 November 2008, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the assets and undertakings of the abovenamed company pursuant to a Mortgage Debenture dated 27 June 2005 in favour of the Company’s financiers.
The Receivers seek expressions of interest in the sale of the Resort as a going concern. The Resort is located on Tokoriki Island in the Mamanucas, Fiji. A residential subdivision adjoins the Resort.
