Michael Stiassny has been the Senior Partner of this leading NZ specialist independent corporate advisory and turnaround firm since 1990. A Chartered Accountant and lawyer, Michael has over 25 years experience in insolvency, investigating accounting work, company restructuring, due diligence, and the provision of strategic financial and management consulting advice.
In addition to a significant public profile resulting from his role as Receiver in some of New Zealand’s largest insolvencies, including Tasman Pacific Airlines of New Zealand and the joint venture companies of the Central North Island Forest Partnership, Michael is a director of a number of private and public companies including Vector and New Zealand Racing Board (NZ TAB etc).
