Grant Graham has been a Partner of this leading NZ specialist independent corporate advisory and turnaround firm since 1991. Grant is a Chartered Accountant with a financial consulting background, and specialises in corporate finance and advisory assignments, notably in the areas of valuation, acquisition, insolvency and litigation. In this role Grant often prepares Independent Advisors Reports for listed company activity in terms of the requirements of the New Zealand Stock Exchange and Takeovers Code.
In addition, Grant is regularly called upon to provide evidence in Court proceedings over loss of profit, directors’ duties and valuation related matters.
Grant has acted as Receiver in some of New Zealand’s largest corporate insolvencies in industries including forestry, airlines, retailing and investment groups. Grant is a director of state owned ECNZ, publicly listed Turners Auctions Limited, North Harbour Rugby Union and a Trustee of Auckland Zoo.
