Brittany has ten years experience in corporate recovery, restructuring and transaction advisory services.
Brittany transferred to KordaMentha upon inception in 2002, having previously worked in the Corporate Recovery division at Andersen. In 2006 she relocated to the US and spent three years with Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory Services group. In 2008 she returned to KordaMentha in Melbourne as a Director in Corporate Recovery.
Brittany has experience in a wide range of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements both formal and informal. With respect to formal engagements, she has worked on all forms including Administrations, Receiverships and Liquidations including the administrations of Timbercorp and Ansett Airlines Engineering and the receiverships of Bradmill Textiles and Lincraft. With respect to informal engagements, she has worked on a number of investigative accountant’s reports, financial due diligence investigations, pre-lend reviews, working capital improvement and monitoring engagements on behalf of secured lenders.
Brittany’s experience spans a range of industries including manufacturing, managed investment schemes, wholesale and retail, travel, primary industry and government agencies.
Brittany also has significant experience in performance improvement and merger integration in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and wholesale sectors, largely as a result of her time in the US.
