John has ten years corporate restructuring experience with significant exposure to large and complex investigatory accounting roles, formal insolvency matters and acts as a non executive director. His experience spans across a broad range of industries and businesses. Recent engagements include investigatory accountant reviews performed for financiers and syndicates with exposure to power stations, large infrastructure businesses, property development and funds management, financial services and manufacturing.
Recently, John managed the Redbank Power receivership and sale and is currently a non executive director of the Flinders Power Partnership group of entities (owner of Northern Power Station and Leigh Creek Coal Mine). John has undertaken advisory work for an ASX Listed retail business, managed the wind down and sale of the Allco HIT Group’s approximately $100 million loan book of junior and mezzanine loans, managed the sale of the Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo businesses of Refco (derivatives broker), the sale of Walter Construction Group’s mining business and being integrally involved in the sale of Epic Energy’s DBNGP Group of Companies.
