'KordaMentha clients benefit from my law enforcement and commercial experience to resolve disputes involving electronic evidence. Electronic evidence is paradoxically both ephemeral and persistent – act quickly and it may be lost, delay an eternity and it may be found.'

Nigel is responsible for the management and delivery of Forensic Technology services, including computer forensics and e-discovery, for KordaMentha in the Asia-Pacific.

Nigel has over 23 years' forensic investigative experience, including 14 years in the area of computer forensics. He has provided computer forensic expert opinion and testimony to multiple Australian courts and tribunals in matters involving copyright infringement, fraud, drug supply, child protection, homicide and cybercrime.
