Panji has over ten years' experience in the corporate advisory, turnaround and restructuring industry in Indonesia.
Panji’s experience in corporate advisory and restructuring includes becoming an interim member of the management team, providing strategic advice on operations and debt repayment, managing resources during the distressed period and driving the turnaround implementation. His ability to identify client’s complex issues and provide practical solutions has helped clients in creating business value. Panji is also experienced in various industries including coal mining, mining contractor services, CPO plantation, Sugar plantation, textiles and garment, aquaculture, sea transport services and offshore marine services.
Examples of assignments that Panji has been involved in include the debt restructuring and turn around of a public listed garment and textiles company, debt restructuring of a major recycled waste paper company in Indonesia, debt restructuring of one of the largest envelope manufacturers and corporate advisory and restructuring for a joint venture (private and government) Sugar milling and plantation company.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Panji was working for an Indonesian conglomerate with exposure to mining, agriculture and manufacturing industry.
