Robyn’s career has included group executive roles leading the people and change strategy to support business performance. This includes redesigning the frontline interface with customers; cultural reinvigoration; divestments and acquisitions; leadership assessment and development and governance review. Robyn has a track record of working effectively with Boards, CEOs and Group Executives within local and global organisations.
Robyn has a deep appreciation of the role of culture as an enabler of success through employee engagement, clear performance standards and fostering innovation. Robyn applies her experience to identify the most important levers to effect change and to support leadership in their day to day challenges of lifting business performance.
Robyn is a Non Executive Director with a statutory authority and has led board renewal processes including advising boards on composition and capability. Robyn’s early career in the health profession involved leading multidisciplinary teams providing injury management, rehabilitation and return to work services to industry and employees.
Robyn supports the arts and youth welfare sector with probono advice and studied Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurialism at the Melbourne Business School.
