Tom has over seven years’ experience in a diverse range of property engagements, with a particular focus on large scale distressed property workouts and independent property reviews.

As a Partner in the Real Estate Advisory group, Tom has been responsible for formulating, implementing and executing a range of asset management and divestment strategies for underperforming property portfolios across Australia. This experience has defined strong financial analysis and problem solving skills enabling a ‘can do’ attitude towards creative and practical workout solutions. His focus combines a responsibility towards achieving optimal asset performance while managing risk and the interests of competing stakeholders.

Prior to joining KordaMentha in 2005, Tom worked with one of Australia’s largest commercial real estate agencies gaining practical experience in sales, leasing and management.
