Michael Randle

Specialising in major infrastructure advisory, Michael brings over 12 years of experience across various sectors including transport, utilities, mining and social infrastructure.

Michael provides a collaborative and innovative approach to assist clients in solving interesting and complex challenges and has worked across significant infrastructure programs throughout Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe.

He has experience managing end-to-end stakeholder engagements and large multidisciplinary teams as well as overseeing the complete project lifecycle from feasibility through to operational readiness.

Recently, Michael has led teams delivering advisory services on behalf of public and private clients. He has supported clients with the management of complex and large-scale programs of work, commercial and procurement strategy, governance, change and risk advisory and contract administration.

Significant engagements

• Led a team supporting a state government client on a major rail infrastructure program in the transition from the procurement phase to the delivery phase. Key deliverables included program level governance, risk and assurance and the development of an integrated delivery model.
• Led a team working on behalf of a state government client to develop and deliver a bespoke procurement model for a statewide social infrastructure program. Works included procurement and commercial frameworks, bespoke contract development and transaction management.
• Led a team supporting a government owned corporation embarking on a change management program to optimise the delivery of future capital programs. Works included current state assessment, commercial model, procurement framework and delivery strategy.
• Engagement lead for a project team working on a federal government rail program. Provided project management services to progress packages from business case through to implementation readiness.
