Overview How we helped Outcomes acheived

A respected global professional membership organisation, serving over 170,000 members across education, events, technical support and advocacy, sought to evolve its digital capabilities in line with a newly developed corporate strategy.

Having successfully delivered the previous three-year roadmap, the organisation engaged KordaMentha to build on this foundation and define the next phase of digital transformation.

Our engagement focused on aligning technology investments with strategic business outcomes, enhancing member experience, and simplifying the technology landscape.

The organisation’s Technology & Digital Services team aimed to use digital innovation to deliver greater value to members and support long-term growth.

How we helped

KordaMentha worked closely with the organisation to reimagine how digital, and technology could better serve its members. We assessed progress against the previous strategy, identified gaps and opportunities, and engaged with executive leaders and stakeholders to understand evolving priorities.

We developed a Business Capability Reference Model to connect business needs with enabling technologies. A target-state technology architecture was created to highlight strategic platforms and areas requiring further investment. The roadmap included high-level initiatives with estimated costs, timeframes, benefits, risks and considerations, providing a clear path forward.

  • Reviewed achievements and gaps from the prior strategy
  • Conducted stakeholder interviews to align on priorities
  • Developed a Business Capability Reference Model
  • Designed target-state technology architecture
  • Defined roadmap initiatives with cost and benefit estimates
  • Provided Board-ready presentations to track progress
