New operating model and organisational redesign

In collaboration with the client’s executive team, we developed an operating model that was audience-first and built for sustainable growth. The redesign eliminated functional redundancies, streamlined roles, and clarified responsibilities. Five options were presented, with the preferred model receiving Board approval.

Medium-term cost and revenue uplift program

We designed a strategic framework for commercial initiatives to improve profit and accountability under the new model. Each program was fully planned with detailed timelines, dependencies, and next steps, ensuring clear execution and measurable results.
