The entity is a significant landowner, holding over 30,000 hectares of land, two-thirds of which is allocated for core operations. As the custodian of a large portfolio of land, buildings and infrastructure, the entity is responsible for protecting and enhancing the value of these assets and reinvesting into core operations.

We were engaged to assist with a corporate strategy refresh, including a high-level review of its surplus land strategy. This involved assessing its Property Prioritisation Framework and development delivery models to support the commercialisation of surplus sites through sale or development with delivery partners.
