We designed and executed a bespoke transaction strategy, acting on the client’s behalf in direct negotiations with multiple third-party landowners.
Our work included:

- Structuring negotiations to maximise success while maintaining confidentiality.
- Utilising a specialised entity to progress confidential negotiations prior to final settlement.

By approaching each negotiation with discretion and a clear plan, we were able to secure engagement and achieve mutually agreeable terms for both parties.
Outcomes acheived
To date, six of the original seven targeted properties have been successfully acquired, giving the client control of key sites and unlocking redevelopment potential.
