Rob has over 20 years' experience on the ground in Asia, most recently as the Managing Director of boutique advisory firm Pilot Capital in Indonesia. Over the course of his career Rob has conducted successful capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and workout engagements as well as general financial advisory assignments for both foreign and domestic companies and investors operating in a wide range of industries including mining, property, manufacturing, textiles, retailing, pulp and paper, timber and plywood, agribusiness, petrochemicals and hospitality. In addition to his corporate advisory work, he has held interim management roles for businesses in hospitality, garments, coal mining and sugar plantation and mill.

Rob’s focus, alongside fellow Singapore Partners Cameron Duncan, Matthew Fleming and Ben de Haldevang, will be on building the firms' consulting practice in Indonesia where there has been an increased demand for cross-border advisory, forensic, M&A and restructuring support.

Rob will be responsible for managing a small local team of advisory, restructuring and forensic specialists on the ground in Jakarta, one of Asia’s most significant commercial hubs.
