Director | Restructuring Brisbane
“Employing commercial knowledge to improve financial outcomes.”
Brigitte’s formal accounting qualifications, combined with her recent experience in government and ASX-listed companies, and background in retail, hospitality, agriculture and property means that the restructuring team is able to draw on her knowledge across a wide range of appointment types.
Brigitte has eight years of experience in insolvency and restructuring and has recently returned from a three-month secondment with Cleanaway where she was leading an EBITDA improvement program. Prior to that, she worked with the KordaMentha Performance Improvement team in providing management advice a large healthcare provider in Queensland on a financially material government contract. She has also completed a 12-month period working in internal finance at Queensland Health where she managed a large asset portfolio.
Brigitte’s prior experience at KordaMentha was also health focused, with the management of two trading receiverships of pharmacy groups. On these matters, Brigitte managed the day-to-day business trading and worked with the senior team to financially stabilise the businesses before preparing them for successful sale campaigns.
