Lara has a rare mix of technical, commercial and people skills which help her to resolve complex problems for clients.

Her experience includes managing varied stakeholders and commercial issues, developing detailed financial models and implementing trading controls to ensure the sale of a business as a going concern.
Lara considers the Gunns receivership as one of her most significant engagements where she oversaw the expansion of the woodchip business to a million-tonne-a-year export operation while controlling ongoing trading through to a successful sale.
