Michael has over eight years' of experience working within, and consulting to, government departments, health services, non for profit organisations, and private sector clients. Formerly a Hospital and Community Pharmacist, Michael has developed a broad commercial and operational skillset over his career including the following examples:

• Buy side advisory and post merger integration for multiple large hospital acquisitions by the Victorian state government
• Successful granting of funding for over 20 business cases totalling more than $1.5b in funding
• Policy advisory with a focus on commercial and quality of care analysis across health and aged care sectors for multiple state and territory governments
• Operating model and performance improvement reviews for residential aged care operators.
