Having worked across a range of industries from banking, insurance, professional services, health care and higher education, in both private and public sector, Aaron has over 15 years’ experience working closely with clients and leading teams to deliver results.
With a focus on delivering large scale organisational change, transformation and people focused initiatives, Aaron seeks to understand the root causes of issues – then works with clients to develop and implement operating model solutions.
Aaron has worked with large healthcare providers and higher education institutions on ambitious turnarounds. Redesigning and implementing structural changes and governance mechanisms to support a cultural shift and operational improvements.
