Adrian is a senior property specialist with over 17 years’ experience in the industry. His core competencies include, strategic investment and development advisory, project finance and property transactions.
Adrian has worked with both the private and public sector including corporates and institutional investors, high net worths, not-for-profits, sovereign wealth funds and government across a number of asset classes including commercial office, industrial, residential, retirement living and other emerging and alternative real estate sectors.
Adrian has successfully delivered projects from individual and portfolio property reviews and assessments through to project finance, major property asset and corporate transactions and complex strategy and restructuring projects.
