About
Cameron is a trustworthy, diligent and dynamic leader who works collaboratively with clients. Having worked across both the public and private sectors for over fifteen years, he has supported both Government and private sector clients with some of their most pressing challenges, delivering commercial, property and procurement outcomes across the country.
Cameron has advised clients on commercial strategies, structuring of commercial approaches and innovative contractual frameworks, and has led complex infrastructure and property projects through scoping, design and delivery across Australia. Cameron has advised on real estate and asset acquisitions and divestments, led complex infrastructure funding requests and business cases, developed asset and infrastructure strategies, and led real estate and asset portfolio optimisation processes.
Cameron has led the development and review of procurement and commercial policies and frameworks. He is passionate about assisting organisations to understand the interaction between their assets, property portfolios and policy settings and assisting them in aligning these to achieve organisational goals.

- Led the commercial, due diligence and negotiation streams for various acquisitions and divestments of property and asset interests for Government clients in the health, arts and defence sectors
- Assessed public and private sector client property portfolios against organisational strategies, future operational needs and benchmarks
- Developed enterprise-wide property strategies and future asset and accommodation requirements, including leasing transactions and negotiations
