He brings deep expertise across the full lifecycle – including strategy, delivery, performance assessment and uplift, team development, operating model, and Program management – ensuring initiatives are both pragmatic and impactful. With hands-on experience in development and operations, as well as leadership across strategy, project management and stakeholder engagement, Chris bridges the gap between technical detail and executive vision.
