About
David helps clients efficiently identify problems at hand and provides effective solutions in complex situations.
He has over 15 years’ experience in corporate recovery, restructuring and insolvency engagements with extensive international working experience in jurisdictions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Indonesia and the Offshore Islands.
A licensed insolvency practitioner in Singapore and an INSOL Fellow, he has extensive experience in undertaking formal insolvency processes including administration, receivership, liquidation and judicial management in diverse industries including oil and gas, shipping, manufacturing, retail and digital assets.
He is able to communicate in Korean and has also advised companies and creditors in matters in South Korea.
