About

Eddy is a legal practitioner and has over 25 years of tax experience, bringing a deep specialisation to support clients across the entire tax dispute lifecycle, settling numerous cases involving amounts large and small. This requires a critical understanding of the ATO and its processes.

He deploys his legal, forensic, accounting and technical skills to focus on both the short and long-term decisions to position the client’s case and develop their arguments in the most persuasive way. In the event the matter needs to proceed to litigation, he has been involved in a number of Federal Court and AAT/ART processes, including the first diverted profits tax case in Australia.

Eddy brings an independent and fresh perspective to client taxation matters. Combined with the existing forensic and technology expertise at KordaMentha, matters like formal notices and privilege reviews can be done with a higher quality outcome at a lower overall cost.
