A seasoned restructuring professional, Eunice brings more than a decade of experience specialising in financial turnarounds, debt advisory and corporate workouts. Having been involved in several high profile and complex transactions across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, Eunice is often called upon to assist senior leadership teams in both stressed and distressed situations.
Eunice has led and extensively advised publicly listed and private corporates, lenders and distressed debt investors across the full range of the restructuring transaction cycle, including crisis stabilisation, strategic reviews, options analysis, consensual restructuring solutions, liquidity management and debt refinancing. Her experience spans across multiple sectors including: oil and gas, offshore and marine, construction, manufacturing and renewable energy.
