“The right answer, by itself, is never enough – I’m always focused on how to connect with people so solutions can actually be delivered.”
Gideon Shapiro
About
Gideon partners with clients to develop a shared clarity to work through complex and ambiguous situations, creating plans that deliver impactful change.
With more than 10 years of experience in consulting within the UK health, higher education and public services industries, he has managed organisational challenges regarding prioritisation and delivery, maximisation of scarce resources, and adaptation to a rapidly changing world.
With his clients, Gideon invests in collaboration, relationship building and trust, with a core belief that the best results are found when everyone can share their perspectives and knowledge before deciding on and committing to a course of action.
Gideon has a healthy respect for data and analysis which he connects to a recognition that people are fundamentally emotional beings – the data gets a better answer; the right story and emotion motivates action and gets it delivered.
