She is passionate about working with organisations that have significant impact on the community, to drive sustainable performance and implement change in complex situations.
Henriette has held transformation roles and contributed to significant margin improvement and embedding and lifting capability of executive teams through times of disruption and change.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Henriette was COO at ASX listed digital comparison iSelect and regional Managing Director of global consulting firm Hay Group managing Australia, NZ, Japan and Korea.
Henriette works with a strong team to diagnose, plan and implement sustainable turnaround in complex, politically charged, time sensitive, and financially challenged environments.
