- Leading a rapid financial diagnostic and transformation plan for a leading higher education institution.
- Running performance improvement, cost reduction and business intelligence workstreams in the transformation of South Australia’s largest public healthcare network.
- Implementing the operational turnaround of Slater and Gordon, including developing and implementing a plan to get back to core business through divesting sub-scale and non-strategic offices and practices.
- Planning for and implementing Australia’s largest retail wind-down, Masters Home Improvement, involving coordinating store operations and managing an inventory liquidation through the sale of over $1 billion of inventory in 16 weeks.
