James is a collaborative leader who has established and led programs and projects across which vary in both complexity and value across all stages of the project life cycle.
His professional experience over the last 20+ years across the private and public sector in Australia and New Zealand. James’ strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading programs and projects in transport, education, arts and utilities in both the public and private sector have helped him achieve innovative and successful outcomes through complex and sensitive environments which are tailored to the specific needs of his Clients.
As an engineer, James is motivated by delivering outcomes that are efficient in their delivery and sustainable in their long term operations and believes that the best outcomes are those which are delivered through collaboration and focus on a common and shared goal.
