About
Jane partners with clients ‘in the trenches’ to tackle their toughest commercial, operational and financial challenges. From her roots in Restructuring, she brings strong implementation capability and a bias to action to break inertia and deliver real results.
With over 10 years experience in Restructuring and Turnaround, she has a breadth of experience ranging from operational turnarounds to informal debt restructures and formal insolvency appointments.
Jane has worked as part of teams effecting some of Australia’s largest and most complex engagements including Central Adelaide Local Hospital Network, Paladin Energy Limited and Great Southern Forestry Group.
Jane has strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, and industry experience in the agriculture, mining and healthcare from both an operator and a financier’s perspective.
Most recently, Jane has assisted large public, private and non-for-profit healthcare providers in planning for future challenges by leading the build of financial planning models and management tools as well as developing and implementing internal controls and other solutions to address inefficiency.
