Jenny brings more than 25 years of experience helping organisations across multiple sectors including education, health and public sector, to lift performance and deliver lasting change. She combines deep operational know-how with a practical approach to strategy, working closely with clients from early planning through to implementation and business-as-usual handover.
Her work spans strategy development, operating model design, performance frameworks, cost optimisation, and service improvement. Jenny is known for helping teams navigate complex change, build capability, and delivering programs that have a positive and lasting impact for all stakeholders.

Significant Engagements
- Led a review for two major universities to reshape academic disciplines, reduce duplication, and improve performance across faculties. She has also led a Curriculum Architecture Review across a number of universities with a view to developing a more sustainable and simplified curriculum for students to navigate and staff to support and administer.
- Designed and rolled out an Academic Excellence Framework for several institutions, including benchmarking and change support across research and teaching portfolios.
- Jenny has worked with leading universities and government agencies to simplify operations, improve student outcomes, and support long-term sustainability.
