About
Jenny is a registered liquidator with over 30 years’ experience in the restructuring sector. She is motivated to help clients solve problems. Jenny thrives on taking a hands-on approach, working as a team with the client and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome.
Jenny has been appointed by the court to act as liquidator and court appointed receiver in numerous formal insolvencies, including shareholder and partnership disputes.
Over the last five years, Jenny has developed particular expertise in the property sector, having acting as receiver of partially completed residential development sites, vacant land and completed industrial and commercial assets for Australian and international lenders. These roles have included completing construction projects and working with Building Commission NSW.
In consulting engagements, Jenny brings a mix of financial, restructuring, legal and commercial skills to assist stakeholders work through business problems they face.
Jenny has completed solvency reports for use in court proceedings and has acted as the independent expert for applications under s444GA of the Corporations Act, opining on the value of shares in insolvent public companies.
Her strong attention to detail, project management skills and her passion for the technical aspects of restructuring mean that success can be achieved in the most complex of situations.
Jenny is also a non-executive director of Catholic Diocese of Paramatta Services Limited, which operates 50+ childcare services in Western Sydney.
