About
Jess has more than 15-years of experience as a policy, financial and commercial advisor. Jess works with governments, government business enterprises and the private sector to support investment analysis, develop and review business cases, assess funding and financing options and design commercial and go-to-market strategies under a range of delivery models.
Jess has a background in infrastructure advisory and has worked on some of the nation’s most significant and iconic projects as both a consultant and as a senior advisor in a Cabinet Minister’s office. More recently, she has worked on long-term investment planning, business cases, financial sustainability reviews and has developed complex national strategies for government and private sector clients.
Jess’ industry experience ranges from transport, health, water and agriculture, to trade, international development and the environment.
