John’s innovative solutions include his appointment by Woolworths Limited as a non-executive director to the Masters Home Improvement Group. He oversaw and facilitated the wind-down of the Masters business and engagement with the US-based JV shareholder.

John is also a non-executive director of Flinders Power Partnership, which Alinta structurally separated to decommission and remediate the Northern Power Station and Leigh Creek Coalmine. John has also advised public sector clients including the Department of Finance with respect to the Australian Submarine Corporation and the NBN.

Additionally, John has advised the National Blood Authority in relation to a significant contract negotiation. Other engagements include financial reviews and restructurings of power stations, investment funds, derivatives and securities lending brokers and manufacturing businesses.
