About
Joshua is a Director based in Singapore and is responsible for turnaround and restructuring services in and around the Asia-Pacific region. Since 2014 he has been involved in various restructuring, performance improvement and insolvency activities in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Papua New Guinea.
Joshua has extensive experience in designing short and medium term cash flow forecasts with a specific focus on distressed companies. He also has experience in creditor management including the structuring of repayment plans as well as other specialised areas within distressed advisory including assessing labour efficiencies, identifying and implementing staff rationalisation, stakeholder management and day to day monitoring of operations.
Joshua’s also has experience in performing viability studies on various companies in the Asia-Pacific region and designing restructuring proposals.
Prior to joining KordaMentha, Joshua worked as an analyst where he dealt with the pricing of sales contracts to maximise gross profit. He had also worked in a big four audit firm in Kuala Lumpur performing audits and budget reviews for Malaysian and Thai oil and gas companies. He has also conducted internal control reviews for a multinational oil and gas services company and performed due diligence for oil and gas asset acquisitions in Australia.
