Lara has a rare mix of technical, commercial and people skills which allows her to help clients through their most challenging problems.
With over 16 years’ insolvency and restructuring experience, she brings particular expertise in managing stakeholders and commercial issues, undertaking financial reviews, assessing and implementing informal restructures and trading businesses through insolvency appointments.
Lara works with small and large businesses across various industries, including most recently in manufacturing, construction and retail. Clients regularly cite her hands-on and collaborative approach to generating positive outcomes no matter what the situation.
