Nicholas has seven years of experience managing corporate MA and direct real estate transactions on behalf of private and institutional investors.
Nicholas is currently part of KordaMentha’s Real Estate Investment team, where he plays a key role in originating deals, structuring both debt and equity capital, and conducting due diligence. He has managed over $500 million in property investments and acquisitions, spanning single assets to large-scale portfolios across diverse asset classes throughout Australia.
Having previously worked in Real Estate at PwC, Nicholas brings to KordaMentha a strong technical property background across all asset classes. At PwC, he was responsible for undertaking transactional due diligence and strategic advisory engagements across major assets and corporate real estate.
