Peita is a Partner in KordaMentha’s Restructuring team based in Melbourne.

She has more than 20 years of experience helping corporate, not-for-profit and public sector clients realise value from their cost base. She specialises in procurement and supply chain, cost-out, commercial negotiations and operational transformation, helping clients achieve efficiency via digital enablement.

Peita’s track record includes the delivery of more than 15 high-value, large-scale corporate function transformations focussed on value realisation from procurement through to implementation over the last 10 years.
