Richard has over 10 years of extensive experience in Forensic practice including forensic investigation, digital forensic investigation, eDiscovery, forensic data analysis, fraud investigation, internal control review, anti-corruption and bribery compliance review and business intelligence.
He has also provided advice and training sessions related forensic services for clients and universities.

- Led an investigation of a Japanese manufacturing company on its alleged extortion incident reported by a whistleblower including internal procedures and policies review, and interviews with the relevant parties to clarify findings
- Conducted complex forensic data analysis, applying advanced techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and evidence of royalty distribution irregularities in an Indonesian Music Company
- Successfully assisted Forensic Investigation Team in conducting over forty (40) investigative interviews in dual languages (English and Bahasa) with suspects and witnesses in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. Identified evidence supporting any identified fraud, bribery or wrong doing by the employees or third parties
