About
Ruby’s hands-on approach and experience across a range of forensic engagements enables her to simplify complex issues and help clients through difficult situations.
Ruby is experienced in dispute advisory matters and is also a qualified and experienced investigator. She recently joined the KordaMentha Forensic team after 18 years’ experience in a big four accountants’ Forensic team.
She has conducted a number of investigations involving fraud, corruption and other misconduct issues. She is experienced in conducting witness and subject person interviews and preparing police briefs. Ruby is also experienced in the use of data analytics in investigations and contract compliance matters.
Ruby has prepared independent reports for all Courts within Australia and also has experience in overseas arbitration, mediation and litigation in Korea and Hong Kong. These reports include issues regarding accounting aspects, claims assessment, cost investigations, valuation, financial analyses, asset tracing and economic loss assessments.
