Sam Broughton
About
Sam is a Director at KordaMentha and has nine years’ experience in restructuring, turnaround and advisory. He works with companies, financiers and other key stakeholders to identify, develop and execute solutions for clients.
Sam’s strong technical skills and clear thinking allows him to effectively help clients navigate complex and challenging situations. He has worked on a number of large formal engagements of ASX listed companies including Arrium Limited, Alita Resources Limited and Altura Mining Limited.
He also has experience in industries including mining, property, professional services and oil gas services. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Western Australia and is a certified member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
