About
Sarah has over 15 years’ experience in program, portfolio management, governance establishment and investment strategy development. She has extensive end-to-end experience across the project and program lifecycle from strategic planning and investment frameworks through to program delivery and benefits realisation.
Having worked across the transport services, infrastructure, education, utilities and health sectors, both as a consultant and in industry, she has a unique understanding of client challenges and complexities.
Sarah collaborates with clients to enable and empower them to effectively navigate the complexities that major projects and programs often bring.
