His expertise covers project planning, structuring, governance, financing and commercialisation across a range of asset classes including precinct development, transport, social, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure.
He is skilled in navigating complex transactions, pathways, post-deal integration and asset management activities.

Significant Engagements
- Advised a public corporation responsible for delivery of $1b+ capex project on delivery structure, project governance, asset management and commercialisation strategy
- Led the full business case development including cost-benefit analysis for the rebuild of the MCG’s Great Southern Stand, estimated at +$1.5b CapEx
- Advised on the origination, commercialisation and regulatory approval pathway for a large-scale solar farm in the development phase
- Provided buy-side pre-transaction advice to a tier one Japanese multi-national on capital raising and acquisition strategy for a major digital infrastructure asset privatisation process
- Provided ongoing advisory across a range of strategic, operational and commercial work streams to the Board, CEO and management team of a private equity owned digital infrastructure business in the post-deal integration phase of the deal
